Phoenix Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm specialized in human capital solutions and operating across the Middle East region. The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut as its headquarters . In 2012 a second office was established in Muscat, Oman, in partnership with Mundhir Al Barwani, as well as a third office in Dubai, UAE in 2016. Our Vision is to organically grow into becoming the Premier Human capital Management Consulting firm born in the region for the region’s organizations and people. Our Mission is to be recognized by our clients as their trusted advisors in their human capital management challenges.
