Job Description:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Phoenix Consulting, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our clients’ business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

 . Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.

 . Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.

 . Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

 . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine job descriptions.

 . Maintain candidate pipelines and build strong talent networks.

 . Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

 . Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to maximize outreach.


Requirements:

 . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 . Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.

 . Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, hiring processes, and employer branding.

 . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 . Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.

 . Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

 . Prior experience in agency or in-house recruiting.

 . Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategies.

 . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
