Job Description:
As a Talent Development Manager at Phoenix Consulting, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth. This role involves assessing training needs, creating tailored development strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
. Design and execute talent development programs, including leadership training and career progression plans.
. Conduct skills assessments and identify training needs across departments.
. Develop and implement learning strategies, workshops, and mentorship programs.
. Collaborate with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.
. Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
. Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent development, training, or HR.
. Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, performance management, and career development strategies.
. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
. Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Certification in training or talent development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP).
. Experience in leadership development and coaching.
. Ability to adapt programs for diverse industries and employee needs.
