Job Description:

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Phoenix Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, analysing, and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  . Analyze salary data and market trends to develop competitive compensation structures.

  . Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentives.

  . Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity.

  . Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage payroll and compensation budgets.

  . Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

  . Provide insights and recommendations on pay scales, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.

  . Manage benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, and vendor relationships.


Requirements:

  . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.

  . Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in compensation, benefits administration, or HR analytics.

  . Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  . Knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits regulations, and compliance requirements.

  . Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  . Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.


Preferred Qualifications:

  . Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).

  . Experience in job grading and salary structuring.

  . Ability to develop innovative compensation strategies to attract top talent.
